2 weeks until deadline!
It is time once again to begin working on the Tax Credit Application. Please send any comments, ideas, suggestions, or observations you have for the 2017 Tax Credit Application, including implementation of the Oklahoma Affordable Housing Act, to Danette Carr at danette.carr@ohfa.org by June 30, 2016.
Important Dates:
- June 30, 2016-Please submit all application comments.
- July 18, 2016-the proposed draft of the 2017 Application will be posted.
- August 1, 2016-Written comments on the proposed draft due.
- Aug. 16, 2016, from 1:00-4:00-Public input session on the 2017 Application will be in the Will Rogers Room at Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency.
- August 26, 2016-A draft of the proposed changes to the 2017 Application posted.
- September 14, 2016-Finalized Application will taken to the Trustees meeting for approval.
- October 11, 2016 from 1:00-4:00-2017 Application training session will be held in the Will Rogers Room at Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency.
