The Consolidated Plan addresses housing, homelessness, and non-housing community development and is updated annually with input from the public. The State’s Citizen Participation plan includes a series of public meetings held throughout the state, as well as a written comment period. A DRAFT of the State’s FY 2015 Consolidated Plan will be presented at the Public Hearing. After the Public Hearing, written comments regarding the State Consolidated Plan will accepted until December 1, 2014.
