OKC— The Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency received fourteen applications from nine community based organizations requesting over $3,000,000 in operating and rental housing development funds from the HOME Program. Requests for each category exceeds the estimated available funds for each set-aside. Projects are under review and awards are scheduled for the July 2013 Trustee meeting.
OHFA set aside 38% of their HOME allocation to use with Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Applications for these funds will be accepted through July 3, 2013.
