On June 21, 2016, Governor Fallin signed emergency Rules for the National Housing Trust Fund which are effective immediately. The 2016-NHTF-Emergency-Rules are posted on the web. Oklahoma expects to receive $3 million to serve very low income households, those at 30% of Area Median Income or at poverty income, whichever is greater.
