OHFA released their draft plan today. The public input meeting about the draft plan is next Tuesday, 8/18 from 1:00 to 4:00 at OHFA.
Proposed Changes:
- Moving set-asides to activity based-Nonprofit, New Construction and Acq/Rehab
- Removing leveraging points
- Adding points to amenities for Smoke Free facility and use of mold resistant lumber and wallboard, at least in bedrooms, kitchen, and laundry room
- Historic criteria clarified to state at least 50% of the development must be in historic building for points
