OHFA is asking the public to provide comments on the Tax Credit Application. Please send any comments, ideas, suggestions, or observations you have for the 2016 Tax Credit Application, including implementation of the Oklahoma Affordable Housing Act, to Danette Carr at danette.carr@ohfa.org by July 31, 2015.
Important Dates:
July 31, 2015-Pre application comments due.
August 11, 2015-the proposed draft of the 2016 Application posted.
August 18, 2015- At that time, written comments on the proposed draft will accepted.
Aug. 18, 2015, from 1:00-4:00- Public input session on the 2016 Application in the Will Rogers Room at Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency.
August 27, 2015- Draft of the proposed changes to the 2016 Application will be posted.
September 23, 2015- The finalized Application will be taken to the Trustees meeting for approval.
The 2016 Application training session will be held sometime during the month of October, 2015 from 1:00-4:00 in the Will Rogers Room at Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency. OHFA will provide plenty of advance notice of the date and time.
