It is time once again to begin working on the Tax Credit Application. Please send any comments, ideas, suggestions, or observations you have for the 2015 Tax Credit Application, including implementation of the Oklahoma Affordable Housing Act, to Emily Anderson at emily.anderson@ohfa.org by July 25, 2014. Important Dates:
- July 25, 2014: Please submit all pre application comments.
- August 11, 2014: proposed draft of the 2015 Application posted. At that time, comments can be made prior to the input session.
- Aug. 18, 2014: Public input session on the 2015 Application from 1:00-4:00 in the Will Rogers Room at Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency.
- September 24, 2014: finalized Application to the Trustees meeting.
- October 7, 2014: 2015 Application training session from 1:00-4:00 in the Will Rogers Room at Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency.
