Ideas Sought for Oklahoma’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program

Now is the opportunity to provide your experiences and suggestions into Oklahoma’s Tax Credit Program design. What should be the priorities? Should Oklahoma have preferences for areas with growth employment, walkable areas, transportation and services? Should there be an online map of developments and units available for special need populations (elderly, handicap, and homeless)? Should foster kids be included as a special need pop? What categories should be set-aside? Should in-state development companies receive preference? Currently there is a felony rule set by the Agency, should the developer be able to make that choice?
