HUD Fair Housing Planning Office Hours – July 27 and 28, 2021

The Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) is hosting office hours for HUD grantees and Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) to join and ask questions about fair housing planning and receive direct answers from TA providers. This open forum format is extremely useful for grantees or PHAs that may be wrapping up their fair housing planning for FY2021 in advance of their Consolidated Plan or PHA Plan (5-Year or Annual) submission.

Session 1: July 27, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM EDT
Session 2: July 28, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM EDT
Office hours will allow attendees to:

  1. Receive cross-pollination of ideas and sharing of information across geographic regions.
  2. Share best practices and strategies/tactics between high-capacity and low-capacity jurisdictions.
  3. Increase transparency between HUD and grantees/PHAs on fair housing planning.
