HUD’s Office of Affordable Housing Programs (OAHP) is hosting a webinar on October 26, 2022 from 2:00 – 3:15 PM EDT which will cover the basic HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) Non-Congregate Shelter (NCS)-eligible activities, what Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) need to consider before investing HOME-ARP funds in NCS development, maintaining compliance once developed, and further considerations when converting HOME-ARP NCS projects into permanent housing.
