Create a print, web or social media tool that informs women about ACA provisions designed to improve their health and motivate them to enroll in their State’s new Health Insurance Marketplace. Two first place winners (one for an English tool, one for Spanish) will receive $7,500 each; two second place winners will each receive $5,000.
