The Oklahoma Consolidated Plan is a five-year planning document consisting of a five-year strategic plan and annual updates. The 2024 State of Oklahoma Plan will start this planning cycle running until 2028.

The State’s Consolidated Plan is comprised of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), Housing Trust Fund (HTF), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Programs. The State’s Citizen Participation plan includes a series of public meetings held throughout the state and a written comment period.

The Consolidated Plan is a five-year planning document consisting of a five-year strategic plan and annual updates. The 2024 State of Oklahoma Plan will start this plan cycle running until 2028. General program information and relevant changes regarding the five (CDBG, ESG, HTF, HOME, HOPWA) programs covered under the 2024 State Consolidated Plan will be presented at both the State Consolidated Plan Public Input Session and Public Hearing.

To accommodate those with disabilities, a text telephone/teletypewriter (TTY) service is provided as an option. The communications assistant reads the message you typed to the other party aloud and types the other party’s voiced message and background sounds, if any, to you. This service is designed for people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing or have a Speech Disability. This relay service is available in English-to-English (800-722-0353) and Spanish-to-Spanish (800-662-4955).
