2015 HOME Program Match Waivers

City of Lawton and City of Tulsa are the only two Oklahoma HOME program participating jurisdictions to receive a FY 2015 HOME match waiver of 50% reducing their match liability to 12.5%. The HOME program requires a 25% match to the Federal funds unless a reduction is granted.
