In the first round of 2010 HOME funds, 13 organizations submitted 22 applications to the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency. Requests for Homebuyer/Rental dollars totaled $3,776,084 exceeding the estimated set aside for the activity by $1.8 million.
Six applicants requested $300,000, almost half, of the Community Housing Development Organization Operating set aside funds.
One applicant requested $20,000 for a pre-development loan.
Applications will be considered at the the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s May 20 Board Meeting.
