The Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency is accepting comments on the 2022 Application/Qualified Allocation Plan for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. There are a few significant changes proposed to developments such as excluding nine counties from new construction awards, general contractor cost certifications, and using 2022 funds to assist projects awarded in 2019-2021 moving to one round of applications for the year.
