The Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency is proposing certain changes to Chapter 30: Multifamily Housing Bond Program Rules for the year 2022.

Drafts of the proposed rule changes and impact statements are also available on the OHFA website. OHFA intends the Rules to be the broad framework of the Program. Details on implementation and specific activity requirements will be detailed in the Application Packet. New material is represented by underlines and deletions are represented by strikethroughs. OHFA’s Board of Trustees will consider the proposed rules at the board meeting on March 17, 2021. The public is invited to comment on the proposed rule changes at the following virtual formal public hearing:
