Applications for HOME Investment Partnerships Program – American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) funding will be accepted by OHFA beginning May 30. The one-time allocation of $31,284,361 to the State of Oklahoma provides housing and supportive services to individuals who are experiencing homelessness. This program also serves individuals at risk of homelessness who are fleeing, or attempting to flee, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking.
Eligible Uses
Development of rental housing
Acquisition and development of non-congregate shelters
Supportive services
Nonprofit operating expense assistance or capacity-building assistance
Application Period
Applications for the first round of funding will be accepted from May 30 until July 11.
