The 2025 State Plan (Program Year April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026) will be available on the Commerce website for public review and comment on January 6-21, 2025.The Oklahoma Department of Commerce (Commerce) annually submits a State Plan to the U.S. Department of Energy regarding implementing the Oklahoma Low-Income Weatherization Assistance Program. Written comments concerning the drafted plan may be submitted to:

2025 State Weatherization Plan Public Hearing Scheduled
