Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency invites you to attend the public input session regarding its Action Plans for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, National Housing Trust Fund, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) programs for Program Year 2024.
This will be the first year of a new Five-Year Consolidated Plan. This input session will cover potential changes to HOME, NHTF and HOPWA for the 2024 Program Year. Comments and suggestions regarding the Five-Year Plan, in general, may be submitted to Danette Carr at OHFA.
OHFA does not have any proposed changes to the HOME or HOPWA Programs. For NHTF, we propose that the award will no longer be a forgivable loan. The award will be a deferred loan. The first payment due will be in year 16 from cash flow.
OHFA is open to comments and suggestions about any programs at this public input session.
