OKLAHOMA CITY—At its May 25 meeting, the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency Board of Trustees voted to award more than $4.5 million in Affordable Housing Tax Credits as part of its first funding period of 2022.
Developments receiving credits for new construction include:
- River West Phase VI, Tulsa – 56 affordable housing units located at 2211 Southwest Blvd.
- Westlake Estates, Oklahoma City – 72 affordable housing units located at 6010 Westlake Blvd.
- Lynn Oak Apartments, Broken Arrow – 72 affordable housing units located at 1301 N. 6th St.
- Crossroads at NE Grand Blvd., Oklahoma City – 72 affordable housing units located at NE 21st St. and NE Grand Blvd.
- Lindenwoods, Phase IV, Durant – 24 affordable housing units located near 2706 Thomas Way.
- Capstone at Coweta Trails II, Coweta – 50 affordable housing units for elderly residents
- Rising Sun Apartments, Oklahoma City – 224 affordable housing units located near SW 15th and MacArthur Blvd.
- Astoria Creek, Oklahoma City – 92 affordable housing units located near I-240 and Walker Ave.
