| Housing instability is one of many challenges individuals and families face as they seek sustainable wages to attain self-sufficiency. The Office of Family Assistance’s webinar on April 24, 2019 from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. ET will highlight how to identify individuals and families experiencing housing insecurity and how the OWRA tool can assist them. Speakers will include Sharon McDonald, Senior Fellow, National Alliance to End Homelessness and Phil Harris, Assistant Director, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program. They will provide a national overview regarding homelessness and the housing crisis in the United States, as well as practical experience in using the OWRA tool to assess strengths, identify barriers, and offer resources to resolve those challenges. |
