The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law guidebook assists state, local, tribal and territorial governments in unlocking financial resources from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (often referred to as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Framework, or BIF). The newly released guidebook includes an explanatory document that shows program-by-program information while grouping these programs by issue area and identifies funding resources available under the law and how to apply for them.
Enacted in November 2021, the legislation authorizes $550 billion in new transportation, energy, environment, and climate investments.
