The City of Tulsa requests proposals for developing HOME-ARP-eligible Affordable Rental Housing projects ($4,956,144). Projects selected for funding will be required to provide case management to assist all qualified populations housed in the HOME-ARP units. HOME-ARP Supportive Services-Case Management funding ($ 550,682) will be available to request for eligible HOME-ARP Rental Housing Projects to assist with the associated costs. Support Services as a standalone project is not eligible. The entire Use of HOME-ARP Funding Is outlined below.

Wednesday, February 27, 2024

Workshop 2 (Preferred): 10:00am- 12:00 p.m.

*Workshop 3 (Contingency): 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested Parties MUST RSVP to [email protected], notating which HOME-ARP workshop they would like to attend, to receive an official meeting Invitation and details of the exact location. All workshops will be in person and located at City Hall.
