If so, join us at the 2013 Oklahoma Women’s Leadership Conference sponsored by DHS. Administrative professionals, mid-level managers, executive leadership, and those interested in progressing their career in state government are encouraged to attend this one-day conference.

The 2013 Women’s Leadership Conference will focus on women at every stage in their career paths, from administrative professionals to executives to those who are movers and shakers seeking to develop new skills for better professional mobility. You are not married to one track, you may choose to attend panels from all tracks that you are interested in. The goal of this year’s conference is to support and develop networks in which WE are able to progress, develop and thrive in everything we choose.
Administrative Professionals: The Administrative Professional track will focus on building the basic skills that compose a stellar administrative assistant or administrative programs officer.
Movers: The Movers track will emphasize personal branding and networking skills in order to land the job you want by marketing yourself correctly.
Middle Managers: The Middle Manager track will focus on the developing the skills and learning new tools to not only be an effective, supportive manager but also to progress in your career path.
Executive Leadership Track: The Executive Leadership track will emphasize leadership development among those in senior and executive management positions.
