FYI- Input being sought for State Plans for $8 Billion for HOMES, HEEEHR

The National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) is requesting input to guide the development of the DOE-funded Home Energy Performance-Based Whole-House Rebate Program (HOMES) and Low- and Moderate-Income High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Program (HEEHR). NASEO will post responses to their website. As outlined in earlier DOE listening sessions, states can consider compatibility with weatherization when developing HOMES and HEEHR. The NASEO RFI seeks three potential types of input – comprehensive program designs, comments on specific program elements, and indications of vendor interest. The RFI also asks for information about relevant energy or low-income programs respondents already administer.
