Register today for tomorrow’s input session! Oklahoma Low Income Housing Tax Credits, August 6, 2020 9:30 am – noon. This formal input session will take place solely via Zoom.

Register in advance for this meeting.

The Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) details the application requirements for Housing Credits and tax-exempt bonds. It lists all deadlines, application fees, restrictions, standards and requirements for rental developers to be eligible for funding.

During this meeting, we will be discussing the 2021 QAP in depth. The documents for review are on the OHFA website.

OHFA identified 29 topics for discussion. Each topic will be covered by announcing the current language/practice, OHFA proposed language/practice where applicable, the issue, the commenter’s proposed language/practice, and OHFA’s response. Then the topic will be opened for discussion.

OHFA has 150 minutes to cover the 29 topics, so on average, there will be approximately 5 minutes to devote to each topic. Some topics will need more time than others.

A small block of time will be reserved for the end of the meeting to discuss topics not previously presented to OHFA during the comment period. Because there is so much to cover, you are encouraged to utilize the chat function and the nonverbal feedback buttons throughout the meeting.
