OHFA is accepting written comments through Friday, February 21, 2020, on the draft 2020 HOME Application – DRAFT 6. The proposed HOME timelines are noted below.
- February 21, 2020: OHFA accepting written comments on the 2020 DRAFT HOME application. Submit written comments via email to [email protected] or by regular mail to the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency at 100 NW 63rd Street, Suite 200, Oklahoma City, OK, 73116, attention Danette Carr.
- February 28, 2020: OHFA Staff will post the final version of the 2020 HOME Program Application on the OHFA website, www.ohfa.org
- March 16, 2020: 2020 HOME Program Application Training Workshop at 10:00 a.m. 100 NW 63rd Street, Oklahoma City, Will Rogers Conference Room (Registration is not required.)
- April 1, 2020: OHFA will begin accepting applications for 2020 HOME Program Year funds.
- May 1, 2020: Deadline to apply for consideration at the July meeting of OHFA’s Board of Trustees. (Applications received after that date will be considered at a later Board meeting if there are still funds available.)
