Beginning with the December 31, 2019, Housing Trust Fund (HTF) monthly reports, HUD is posting the HTF Open Activities Reports and Vacant Units Reports. The HTF Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) Open Activities Reports and Vacant Units Reports will be posted at the end of each month and reflect each HTF grantee’s open activities and vacant units as of the end of each month.
If you are an NHTF awardee, once you lease your unit, please ensure you file an updated IDIS report with unit data!

New HTF Monthly Reports as of 12/31/2019 Now Available:
- HTF PJs Open Activities Report: This report helps HTF grantees to track their open HTF activities in Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) by Tenure Type and Activity Type to help ensure timely accomplishment reporting in IDIS.
- HTF PJs Vacant Units Report: This report assists HTF grantees in identifying units marked "vacant" and in need of occupancy reporting in completed HTF IDIS activities.
For HTF IDIS users, these reports can be run at any time as the IDIS PR107 and PR106 reports.
HTF Monthly Deadline Compliance Status Reports as of 1/31/2020 Now Available:
- HTF Deadline Compliance Status Reports: The reports assist grantees and HUD Field Offices in monitoring compliance with the 2-year commitment requirement of the HTF statute and the 5-year expenditure requirement of the HTF regulations.
HTF Deadline Compliance Status Reports are available for both Grant Year 2016 and Grant Year 2017.
