2019 marks the start of Oklahoma’s next five-year strategic Consolidated Planning cycle for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds. Programs include Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program, Housing Trust Fund (HTF), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) Program.
