Oklahoma Low Income Housing Tax Credit Revised 2023 QAP Notice

Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) sets the state’s eligibility priorities and criteria for awarding tax credits.

The Formal Public Input Session for the 2023 QAP will be held Wednesday, August 17, from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Oklahoma City North, 6200 N. Robinson, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73118.

The first draft of the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s 2023 Affordable Housing Tax Credits Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) has been posted to the OHFA website.

  • Submit any comments, ideas, suggestions, or observations for the 2023 Tax Credit Application via our edgar.silva
  • A second draft of the 2023 Application will be posted by August 1. Comments on this second draft will be accepted until August 17.
  • A final draft of the proposed changes to the 2023 Application will be posted on August 24.
  • The finalized Application will be taken to the September 21 Trustees meeting for approval.
  • The 2023 Application training session will be held in October. The exact date and format will be determined at a later time.
