The Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency awarded housing tax credits to eleven projects for a total of 426 new units and 188 rehabilitated units. Three developments are in Opportunity Zones, and five include state housing tax credits. The agency received 25 applications.

The following communities will receive multifamily housing developments:

  • New Construction: Tulsa: River West Phase I and Whittier Heights; Claremore: Oakland Estates and Claremore Estates; Broken Arrow: Timber Ridge Cottages; Newcastle: The Estates of New Castle; Pauls Valley: Apple Ridge Homes III; and Durant: Lindenwoods Townhomes Phase I.
  • Rehabilitation: OKC: Superbia Retirement Village; Eufaula: Lakeland Cove Senior Village; and Fairview: Prairie Edge Apartments.
