Beginning with the December 31, 2019 HOME monthly reports, HUD is posting a new HOME Grant Specific Commitment and Disbursement Summary Report. This new report replaces the HOME Grant Specific Deadline Compliance Status Report.
The Grant Specific Commitment and Disbursement Summary Report will be posted at the end of each month and reflect each HOME participating jurisdiction’s (PJ) commitments and expenditures for open 2015 and later grants.
While the 24-month commitment deadline for HOME funds is currently suspended and the 5-year expenditure requirement was eliminated for post 2014 HOME grants, HUD expects each PJ to monitor its commitment and expenditure rates to ensure the timely use of program funds. This report will allow a PJ and HUD to easily track its HOME commitment and expenditure progress for all open 2015 and later grants by providing the information in a single report.
