HUD’s Policy Development and Research Office released the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 income limits.
The income limits determine the eligibility of applicants for HUD-assisted housing, such as Public Housing and properties with Project-Based Rental Assistance, as well as for properties financed by the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Tax-Exempt Housing Bonds FY22. The new income limits are effective April 9, 2022, and must be used by June 2.
