HOME PJs and HTF Grantees- New Requirements in Section 3 Final Rule

New guidance is available to assist HOME Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) grantees understand and implement the new requirements in Section 3 Final Rule.

CPD Notice

HUD has released a CPD Notice that provides guidance to HOME PJs and HTF grantees on the Section 3 Final Rule, including outlining key changes made by the Final Rule and providing guidance for tracking and reporting compliance with the new requirements.
