Annually, the Oklahoma Department of Commerce submits a State Plan to the U.S. Department of Energy regarding implementing the Oklahoma Low-Income Weatherization Assistance Program.

The 2023 State Plan (Program Year April 1, 2023 – March 31, 2024), will be made available January 9 through January 24, 2023, on the Oklahoma Department of Commerce website for public review and comment.

Written comments concerning the draft plan must be submitted before 5:00 pm, January 24, 2013. Submit comments to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, Community Development, 900 N. Stiles Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73104, or by email to Linda Goode.

Public Hearing Scheduled

The Oklahoma Department of Commerce will hold an in-person and virtual public hearing to provide a brief overview of the Plan and to receive comments.
